At Rangoli NX, we want you to love what you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following terms:

1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags and packaging must be intact

Returns are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased on sale or discount (unless defective)

Used, washed, or altered products

Products without original tags or packaging

3. Return Process

Share your order details and reason for return (with images if damaged/defective)

Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide return instructions

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item

The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item)

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued
